MARK ROWSON

 

Managing Principal | CEO

Mark brings over 20 years of land development, home building, and real estate sales experience to the partnership. He has held key Regional and Divisional President positions with major public and private homebuilders, including KB Homes, Lennar, Richmond American Homes, and Warmington Residential.

BILL BUSH

 

Vice President | Construction

Bill feels blessed to have spent his entire working life doing something that he loves, providing quality shelter for people. As such, he brings over 30 years of senior management experience in land development, single and multi-family construction, as well as purchasing and warranty.

JAY CAPLAN

 

Managing Director | Capital Markets

Jay Caplan has close to 20 years of Real Estate Investment Banking, Mortgage Brokerage and general banking experience. He has been responsible for commercial and residential mortgage brokerage, loan originations, note sales, note acquisitions and loan evaluation.

MIKE BEDKER

 

Managing Director | Land Acquisition & Development

Mike Bedker’s extensive and diverse background in the development and construction industry includes land acquisitions, building acquisitions, forward planning, architecture, engineering, development, and project management of over two hundred twenty projects, including multi-family (Section 8 and/or HUD projects), single-family residential and mixed use PUD’s totaling approx. 8,400 units with budgets from five hundred thousand to two hundred million dollars.

JESUS SEGURA

 

Director | Segura Development

Envisage Companies utilizes Segura Development as a trusted subcontractor for all our remodels and builds.

Jesus and his team at Segura Development have the vision, drive, and expertise to build, remodel or transform any home or building.  This all-encompassing company is well-versed in-home building, from excavation, demolition, and framing to stunning finish carpentry.  

Jesus and his team have what it takes to deliver a finished product that our clients desire and the pride they take in their work shows throughout every home build.   

VIDYA RAVI

 

Architectural Design | Interior Design

Vidya is one of Envisage Companies go-to Architect and visionary for plans & design of our homes.

Vidya holds a Masters degree in Architecture from Miami University Ohio. She got her Bachelor degree in Architecture in India and practiced Architecture in India along with her father. Where she has worked on multiple projects ranging from residential buildings to multi-unit housing to office buildings and hotels. Her specialty and interests are is hospitality and large scale urban design projects. She is a licensed architect in India. She is currently pursuing her California Real estate license and LEED Green Associate license.

MICHELE ROWSON

 

Director | Company Operations & Communications

Michele oversees the daily accounting, payables, receivables, banking, QuickBooks, and general accounting for Envisage Construction. She is a liaison with the management assisting in overall operations of both offices and employee activity as well as company marketing. Michele is as a registered Broker Assistant handling all the marketing and appointments as well
as an Open House Assistant.

ROBERT MALERA

 

Construction Renovation Manager

After studying carpentry at Laney College, Robert studied Business management at UC Berkeley. He worked with Berkeley Labs as an Assistant project Manager and in the field as a carpenter, working with subcontractors, Project Managers, Vendors and Customers to help develop and complete all construction projects. The last 13 years were spent with PG&E as a contractor under the Energy Savings Assistance Program. Robert brings a strong sense of workmanship to our team with his sales & construction background as well as his bi-lingual ability helps with communication with our crews and clients.

KYLE BURKETT

Chief of Contracting & Compliance

After being deployed on combat tours in Africa and The Middle East, Kyle was honorably discharged from the United States Army in 2016. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entertainment Business and is currently a JD candidate with a concentration in Entertainment Law. Kyle coordinates the preparation of contracts, contract amendments and ensures compliance with legislation. He analyzes the business operations of Envisage Companies in order to minimize current liabilities and to prevent potential future liabilties; and works with contractors to resolve problems. Kyle is also an the newest member of the Board of Directors for Envisage Companies and also sits on the Board of Directors for multiple privately held companies.

MONTANA ROWSON

 

Director | Marketing & Publicity

Montana has earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entertainment Business as well as two Associate Degrees. She oversees the marketing campaigns and branding techniques for Envisage Companies, from brainstorming ideas to implementing large-scale plans. Montana also conducts research and analyzes trends to develop marketing strategies and new content for Social Media. In addition, she is also Envisage Company's in-house Graphic Designer, Cinematographer, Photographer, and Photo & Video Editor as well. Lastly, Montana is also a multi-business owner and sits on the Board of Directors for multiple privately held companies.

Broker & Realtor Assistant

Consists of Mark and Michele Rowson. Mark is the licensed Realtor and Broker for Envisage Real Estate. Mark is a high producer with an excellent track record of sales in the Bay Area. Mark handles all the sales & negotiations, open houses and Brokers tours, the MLS listing, documentation, inspections and closings. Michele handles the marketing.  The marketing is the same as any other large company; MLS, Social Media, Print Ads, Mail Chimp Campaigns, brochures, staging and photo-shoots. Its important that our clients know and understand that we can offer  a full range of services when it comes time for them to buy or sell a home- at discounted pricing!

DAVID KLAMPERT

 

Leasing & Property Management Consultant

As an Honors Graduate of UC Berkeley, a resident of the fabulous City of San Francisco for over 33 years, a Realtor / Broker for over 13 years and a father that raised a family here- David can safely say that he knows the city of San Francisco and the Real Estate market extremely well. David has extensive experience in working with investment properties, property management, and sales and purchases of tenant held properties. He is also well versed in San Francisco’s complicated rent control and eviction control laws.

STEVE RATH
